HVAC Manager started after a US partner showed us his whiteboard — three colors of marker, two layers of sticky notes, and a stack of paper maintenance contracts. He'd already tried two generic field-service tools and given up on both: one was priced for enterprise, the other ignored maintenance-contract lifecycle entirely. We built a focused contract-and-dispatch backbone instead of another do-everything platform.
